Can be livestream videos to Arduino Cam / ESP-cam to RTMP server ( Youtube, Fb, Twitch …) ?

Theoretically, yes, but we haven’t tested it yet.

I am looking for an IP CAMERA solution that can actively send signals to the server, instead of passively as now
