Updates on the 64MP Pi Camera

You have led us on a clear path to the future of Raspberry Pi cameras.

Our order team and production team have been in full swing for the past weeks, we poured as many extra hours as possible, and even pulled a couple of all-nighters, just to keep shipments on time.

Now with most of the work being done, we are sending your pre-orders.

Notes on pre-orders:

Express Shipping

Most pre-orders that selected Express Shipping were sent last Friday (06/03), please check our notification email (which could be in SPAM/JUNK mail) for the tracking number and shipping company used.

Standard Shipping – US

Last Friday(06/03), we also sent several packages to our US warehouse, all US orders will be shipped as soon as they get there. (Approx. 7 business days)

Standard Shipping – UK

Packages containing certain UK orders will be sent to our UK warehouse this Wednesday(06/08), these UK orders will be shipped as soon as they get there. (Aprrox. 7 business days)

Standard Shipping – EU

Packages with EU orders will be sent to our DE warehouse this Wednesday(06/08), EU orders will be shipped as soon as they get there. (Approx. 7 business days)

Standard Shipping – Rest of the World

All other orders with standard shipping will be sent this Thursday (06/09), directly from our CN warehouse.

What we did

Earlier last week (05/05) we sent 7000 camera units, cables, and packaging supplies into mass production.

Shipment preparation is already underway, we sorted out addresses, contacted shipping companies, and created SOPs for our order team to make sure all pre-orders would be well-handled.

Delivery time

Standard Shipping – 2 ~ 4 Weeks

Express Shipping – 4 ~ 7 Business Days

*The actual ETA may vary from order to order.

**All packages are shipped DDU, If you are required to pay any duties/taxes by the customs, we will provide the necessary information needed to help you get the package cleared.

Tracking

Every package, regardless of the shipping methods, comes with a tracking number and the name of the shipping company.
